Orders & Payment
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address used during checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder if you do not see it right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at jacoballen7575@outlook.com. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to help update or cancel it.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout systems.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Most orders require 2-4 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays, sales periods, or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does delivery usually take?
After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes around 8-12 business days depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $79.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the tracking email.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment, especially while the package is in transit between facilities or during customs processing. Please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we usually recommend sizing up.
Are your items true to size?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
How do I request a return?
Please email us at jacoballen7575@outlook.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Our support team will provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.
