Shipping & Delivery Information

We are committed to delivering your Zanorivane order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders require 2-4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packing, and preparation for dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sales periods, holidays, or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been dispatched, standard delivery usually takes around 8-12 business days depending on your destination, carrier service, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $79. The free shipping offer applies automatically at checkout when the order meets the required amount, unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes, promotions, taxes, and other fees may affect the final order value used to determine free shipping eligibility.

4. Shipping Confirmation And Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

5. Tracking Updates

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear, especially while the package is in transit between shipping facilities, waiting for carrier scan updates, or undergoing customs processing.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. In many cases, tracking will update once the package reaches the next carrier facility or local delivery network.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect address information, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience if your package experiences a delay. Our support team will do our best to help check the order status and provide available updates.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, and phone number before placing your order.

Zanorivane is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at jacoballen7575@outlook.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

9. Lost, Missing, Or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your delivery location, mailbox, front door, reception area, building office, neighbors, or household members.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier for more delivery details and then contact our support team with your order number. We will help review the situation and provide guidance where possible.

10. Customs, Duties, And Taxes

Depending on your country or region, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs clearance may also affect delivery time. Zanorivane is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.

11. Refused Or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer action, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees, any refund may be reduced by shipping fees, handling costs, return carrier fees, or other related charges where applicable.

12. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse processing, or logistics arrangements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
