Returns Made Simple

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Zanorivane. Please review our return and refund policy before submitting a return request.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.

Important: Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging should be included where applicable.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and final sale reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or stained.
  • Items without original tags or packaging where applicable.
  • Final sale items or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.
  • Accessories, intimates, swimwear, or personal items where return restrictions apply.

4. How To Request A Return

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return request
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an item being defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Zanorivane is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

6. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible problem. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred size or color.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply when an item is returned with signs of use, missing packaging, minor damage, or other conditions that affect resale quality.

10. Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check your bank account or payment provider account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help cancel it.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

12. Refused Packages And Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-provided address issues, any refund may be reduced by shipping fees, handling fees, or carrier charges where applicable.
